TOMO Global Health organises out-put focused case studies, each of which will focus on one public health issue of a specific country.

Output-Focused Case Study

  • Participants from different countries form teams to together investigate root cases, develop and evaluate solution ideas for each case study topic. 

  • Through this process, participants will be able to hone their critical thinking skills and teamwork, and of course, gain knowledge on the various topics in global health.

  • By actively participating in online asynchronous tasks and synchronous discussions, participants will overcome location and time differences. 

Objectives of TOMO Case Study:

  • Develop knowledge on the topic and the country of focus

  • Enhance critical thinking, teamwork, communication skills through small group tasks with students from different countries and backgrounds

  • Experience how to develop a strategy plan
